Im sure spring water would be good as well. Just prefer the less sugar. I know people say its a natural sugar, but for some reason, im stuck on , a sugar is a sugar no matter where it comes from..

Re: Blacksmithing +20

Looks like fun but I think I would want to do it in the fall. :)

Re: Green Smoothies: Ninja Professional Blender

Bethany,

I have found that the correct method to reduce the spinach pieces is the place the spinach, ice and a small amount of fruit juice in the blender. This crushes the spinach really, really well. Also if you use dry flax, add this in at this point now. If the mixture is too dry, slowly add more fruit juice until you have a good spinach slush built up. Now, add in the rest of your ingredients and blend away. I use this method every morning and it works perfectly!

Let me know if you get any better results.

Re: Green Smoothies: Ninja Professional Blender

Do you find that the Ninja does not blend up spinach really well? I find I can still see the little specks. I can't taste it so it doesn't really bother me, but like you I'm a texture person so texture wise it does. Also as for apples and oranges, do you juice them before adding them? I really want to make an apple smoothie or orange smoothie, but I can't get rid of that grainy texture. I know if I made it thick and ate it with a spoon the texture wouldn't bother me as much, but I kinda want to drink it. I really love my Ninja and would love to use it more. Do you have any suggestions?

Re: Minecraft: The Curse of Sunny Springs [Adventure Map] – Part 5 #minecraft

This custom map is AMAZING!!
